Our sustainability commitment
How we incorporate sustainability considerations into our business and our work with clients.

Our Commitment
Man Bites Dog is a sustainable, woman-owned business, and we ensure sustainability – and ESG more broadly – is core to our purpose, culture, work and operations. We see sustainability as both an ethical imperative and an opportunity to contribute to building a greener, smarter and more equitable economy and society.
We recognise that climate change poses a significant threat to society, nature and the economy, and we are determined to play our part in minimising any negative impact and increasing our positive impact.
As a member of the SME Climate Hub, we pledge to:
- Halve our greenhouse gas emissions before 2030
- Achieve net zero emissions before 2050
- Disclose our progress on a yearly basis
In doing so, we are proud to be recognised by the UN Climate Change High-Level Champion’s Race to Zero campaign. We join governments, businesses, cities, regions, and universities around the world in sharing this mission and working towards a sustainable future for all.
To realise our environmental commitments, we undertake to:
- Track and analyse environmental data: Continuously monitor and evaluate our environmental impact.
- Ensure supplier compliance: Encourage and ensure that our suppliers adhere to environmentally responsible practices.
- Enhance environmental communications: Improve our environmental narrative and messaging inside and outside the business.
- Offset our carbon footprint: Implement measures to offset carbon emissions alongside continued efforts to reduce them overall.
Accreditations
We are a certified diverse, woman-owned business recognised for quality, excellence and sustainability.

Our work with clients
We continue to specialise in sustainability, in particular, research that highlights the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the global drive towards zero carbon. As part of that work, we shape client campaigns to raise awareness and understanding of the urgent need for businesses to directly combat climate change. These campaigns generate data and insights that inspire action, influencing public and corporate opinion to help put sustainability at the top of the agenda.
