The appointment, which is effective immediately, will see Vic take a primary role in running and growing the consultancy. Her priorities include business expansion, client satisfaction and service innovation.
Vic has directed award-winning campaigns for some of the world’s largest B2B brands in her nine years at Man Bites Dog, where she has held roles including Divisional Director and Sales & Marketing Director. Her 16 years of operational management, PR and comms experience includes in-house, B2B, charity and consumer roles at agencies including health consultancy, Pegasus.

Man Bites Dog has been expanding its London team with several recent hires including Rachael Evans (Sales & Marketing Director) from PWC. The consultancy is also strengthening its Brighton presence, recruiting Rob Crosland, Chris Pate and Lizzie Vincent as Account Executives.
