We’re committed to your personal and professional development. Alongside individual training budgets, we run regular team-wide training opportunities, from external workshops to our "Thinking Thursday" knowledge-sharing sessions.

Our pack knows the importance of having a good time. Whether it’s a cup of tea in the kitchen, after-work drinks in town, or one of our legendary Halloween or Christmas parties, there’s always something exciting on the horizon.

Our annual European Weekender is the most talked-about event of the year. It’s an opportunity to collaborate on business planning for the upcoming year, and a chance to see some sights, have a party and make some memories together.

We understand that work is just one aspect of life, so we make sure to promote a culture of flexibility. Our team typically works from both our beach-side Brighton office as well as from home.

We strive to look after our pack in a number of ways, from organising online sessions with Pilates instructors and nutritionists, to giving our team fortnightly wellness mornings so we can maintain our balance and energy. Pack perks also include a healthcare subsidy, and we like to keep the kitchen stocked with healthy goodies!
