Vic Miller Promoted To Managing Director – Founder Claire Mason Becomes CEO

"Man Bites Dog has appointed long-standing Director Vic Miller to the Managing Director role. Our founder Claire Mason is promoted to CEO, where she will focus on agency growth opportunities and senior client counsel."
The appointment, which is effective immediately, will see Vic take a primary role in running and growing the consultancy. Her priorities include business expansion, client satisfaction and service innovation.
Vic has directed award-winning campaigns for some of the world’s largest B2B brands in her nine years at Man Bites Dog, where she has held roles including Divisional Director and Sales & Marketing Director. Her 16 years of operational management, PR and comms experience includes in-house, B2B, charity and consumer roles at agencies including health consultancy, Pegasus.
Vic Miller said: “Man Bites Dog’s success to date is built on our incredibly talented people and entrepreneurial culture and I’m delighted to be leading us into the next stage of growth. Man Bites Dog has been expanding its London team with several recent hires including Rachael Evans (Sales & Marketing Director) from PWC. The consultancy is also strengthening its Brighton presence, recruiting Rob Crosland, Chris Pate and Lizzie Vincent as Account Executives.
