Man Bites Dog has won PRWeek's coveted New Consultancy of the Year title at the 2007 PRWeek Awards. The award, one of the most esteemed in the industry, recognises the agency that has made the most impact in its first two years.

PRWeek commented: "Winning seven major business PR awards within two years of starting £ including two PRWeek Awards, a CIPR Excellence Award and a European Sabre Award £ is no mean feat. This accolade, matched to a client list that includes BT, Adobe and management consultancy Hay Group, fuels suspicions that Man Bites Dog may be on the right track."

The judges were impressed by the consultancy's "senior PR counsel, transferring the creative approach of consumer-driven marketing to the B2B arena."

PRWeek Awards judge Julian Mears said: "A remarkable story and a remarkable agency. The in-depth focus on the business, and clarity about the future, are truly impressive."Managing Director, Claire Mason said: "We're honoured that PRWeek has recognised Man Bites Dog as the best new PR consultancy in the UK."
