Vic Miller Promoted To Managing Director – Founder Claire Mason Becomes CEO

"Man Bites Dog has appointed long-standing Director Vic Miller to the Managing Director role. Our founder Claire Mason is promoted to CEO, where she will focus on agency growth opportunities and senior client counsel."

The appointment, which is effective immediately, will see Vic take a primary role in running and growing the consultancy. Her priorities include business expansion, client satisfaction and service innovation.

Vic has directed award-winning campaigns for some of the world’s largest B2B brands in her nine years at Man Bites Dog, where she has held roles including Divisional Director and Sales & Marketing Director. Her 16 years of operational management, PR and comms experience includes in-house, B2B, charity and consumer roles at agencies including health consultancy, Pegasus.

Man Bites Dog has been expanding its London team with several recent hires including Rachael Evans (Sales & Marketing Director) from PWC. The consultancy is also strengthening its Brighton presence, recruiting Rob Crosland, Chris Pate and Lizzie Vincent as Account Executives.

2015 was a strong year for Man Bites Dog, delivering significant growth, client wins and a host of accolades including winning CIPR’s Best Mid-Sized Consultancy, Corp Comms’ Best International Campaign and B2B Marketing’s Best Thought Leadership Campaign. Man Bites Dog has been named one of PR Week’s Best Places To Work for six years consecutively, and won PR Week’s New Consultancy of the Year in its second year of trading. Mason was also named CIM Female Marketing Leader of the Year in 2014.
