Lisa is COO at Man Bites Dog, responsible for providing strategic and commercial guidance across the whole business.
A key aspect of Lisa’s role is to foster and support a dynamic and innovative culture, balanced with the Man Bites Dog quirk, enabling our intelligent team to deliver incredible work for our clients.
Lisa loves to get to the heart of strategic business challenges, clarifying the brief, identifying key performance drivers and using data to provide insights and support decision making. She leads Man Bites Dog’s analytics and insight team, providing advanced capability for data correlations and creating innovative data visualisations to enhance content assets.
Lisa has over 20 years’ experience working with companies of all sizes across a range of sectors and geographies, from global professional services firms, such as Deloitte and BDO, to British manufacturing and regional utilities.
Following an Honours degree from the University of Birmingham, Lisa started her career with a Big-4 Accounting firm. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, with a focus on Corporate Finance and Investment Analysis, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, holding a Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Level 7 Advanced Award in Reward Management. In addition, Lisa holds a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, and a Project Management Qualification from the Association for Project Management.
Outside work, Lisa loves to head down to the beach with her husband and son and has recently started learning to speak Greek.
