Posted on 4th June 2015 by Man Bites Dog
Man Bites Dog has been named the UK’s most outstanding mid-sized public relations consultancy in the national CIPR Excellence Awards 2015.
The multi-award winning B2B marketing and PR consultancy won the prestigious accolade in recognition of its “impressive” year-on-year growth, strong client partnerships and “empowering” pack culture.
CIPR judges said: “Man Bites Dog’s vision is about delivering commercial creativity for their B2B clients, encouraging them to become thought leaders in their markets, grabbing the imagination of client employees and delivering measurable sales impact.”
Judges also praised Man Bites Dog for investing in its employees’ diverse skills base: “empowering and mentoring them to be ‘mini entrepreneurs’ and develop new business opportunities in new interest areas.”
The results of Man Bites Dog’s investment in people and culture are already tangible in the consultancy’s best ever staff retention (97%). The happy team translates into highly engaged clients giving the consultancy a net promoter score of 9.2 out of ten.
The award recognised Man Bites Dog’s truly differentiated offer – working with the world’s smartest organisations to turn their complex expertise into Man Bites Dog stories – ideas that lead and ultimately sell.
Claire Mason, CEO and Founder of Man Bites Dog, commented: “Winning CIPR Outstanding Mid-Sized Consultancy is a real milestone in Man Bites Dog’s journey. In the last decade we have grown from an award-winning newcomer and small consultancy, to punching our weight with the most dynamic agencies in our industry. I am incredibly proud of our talented pack and the impact they make for our remarkable clients.”
